This Futura Title & Escrow spotlight shines on Cynthia A. Simpson, a Futura Title VP and Corporate Underwriter Services Manager.

Cynthia has been with Futura Title for nearly 30 years – and in title for a total of almost four decades. However, Cynthia still views each workday as an opportunity for a fresh perspective – which is what she loves about her job. “In this industry, I have learned that there is always something new,” she says. “I love to learn and share what I have learned.”

Throughout the years, Cynthia has supported multiple causes and organizations, such as the Kiwanis Club, the Boy Scouts and Compassion International. She also has earned a Black Belt in Chun Kuk Do under Chuck Norris, which she calls one of the fun facts about herself.

Cynthia’s hobbies include hiking, traveling, scrapbooking and celebrating a new addition to her family. “I am a new grandma, so that’s been a very exciting new addition to our life.”     

Speaking of family. Cynthia asserts that her husband, Wade, is her true soulmate and the person she admires most after 40 years. “He is always there for me. He is my partner, my support, my best friend and my life.”
